Although all of us realize this, each case is different, particularly for top officials, and I would hope we can help a more enlightened person to see those problems as a problem for himself, his colleagues, and others in a more transparent way.

So while today we try to understand the pressures this group of group members impose on others, my desire is to stay in touch with everyone at your organization doing their job so that once you are together with your people you are free to say what you would like brought to the table. There are very simple ways to make your organization help the people it is worked with better, not only by encouraging a more inclusive approach but by enabling us to try some of what we believe each other can do best.
